Butter
Our frozen butter is ready to be used at the table on bread or chapatis and can even be added to curries and stir-fries. Butter packages come in neat portions of 100, 500 grams packets that are pasteurized and frozen under the most hygienic temperatures.
Texture & Taste
Real Butter texture and taste are different from margarine. It is velvety and will melt very quickly when in contact with heat. When frozen, it will be a solid block of light yellow fat, and once it melts, it will look a bit like clarified butter. Cow’ butter is slightly more yellow than buffalo butter due to the difference in its content and food intake.
