To prepare the oyster curry sauce, heat ltbsp oil in a pan. Saute 4-5 garlic cloves for a minute on low flame.
Now add 250 gms of cleaned oysters and sprinkle, 1/2 tsp garam masala. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add 2 chopped onions and saute for 4-5 minutes till they become translucent. Add 3-4 slit green chillies, ltsp turmeric powder, ltsp red chilli powder, ltsp cumin powder and salt to taste. Now add 2 chopped tomatoes, 3-4 pepper powder fft and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Pour a little water and bring it to boil. Once the gravy thickens, turn off the flame.
Oysters curry in Indian style is ready to eat. Serve it hot with some steaming rice and enjoy!
